The terms under which LIFESCRIPT AI provides its analysis service.
These Terms govern your use of the life-script analysis service provided by LIFESCRIPT AI (the "Service"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and the operator.
The Service provides an AI-generated analysis report based on Transactional Analysis (TA). It is a reflective self-understanding tool. It is not psychological counseling, a medical or mental-health diagnosis, or legal advice, and it does not replace a licensed clinician.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Minors may not use it without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Payments are processed in US dollars through our payment provider (KCP), which supports international cards. If you request cancellation before the analysis begins, you receive a full refund. Once the analysis has begun or the report has been delivered, refunds are not available, because the report is delivered digital content created specifically for you. The AI analysis is reference material grounded in Transactional Analysis theory; it is not professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances. The operator is not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the analysis. If you are in crisis, please use the resources listed in the footer or contact a licensed professional.
Copyright in the report belongs to the operator, but you may freely use it for your own personal purposes. Commercial redistribution is prohibited.
These Terms may be updated with prior notice. Updated Terms take effect when posted within the Service.
