1. Information we collect
- At sign-up: email address, nickname (optional), and a hashed (encrypted) password.
- When you use the Service: your intake/questionnaire responses, your IP address, and access timestamps.
- At payment: payment-method information is handled by our processor (KCP); we do not store your card number.
2. How we use your information
- To generate and deliver your life-script analysis report.
- To manage your use of the Service and respond to inquiries.
- To improve the Service through anonymized, aggregated statistics.
3. Retention
- Account information: deleted 30 days after account closure.
- Intake responses & reports: kept for 90 days after delivery, then anonymized.
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable law.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or, as a rule, share your personal information with third parties. We share the minimum necessary with our payment processor (KCP) to process payments, and with our AI provider (see below) to generate your report.
5. AI processing
To generate your report, your responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Identifying details such as your name and email are not included in that request. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
6. Your rights
