After payment and before the AI analysis starts, you may cancel at any time for a full refund. You can do this from the cancel button on the relevant page in My page, or by contacting support.
Once the analysis has begun or the report has been delivered, refunds are no longer possible. The report is digital content generated specifically for you, so it cannot be returned once produced. Please make sure you're ready before you start the analysis.
For the live counseling session, a full refund is available before you enter the session. Once the session has started, it is treated as delivered.
Email support@lifescript-ai.com with the email address on your account. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.
